Here is a list of radio 10 and 11 codes used by law enforcement agencies in Riverside County.

10 and 11 Codes

10-1 = Poor radio reception
10-2 = Good radio reception
10-4 = Affirmative
10-5 = Relay message
10-6 = Busy
10-7 = Out of service (also used in reference to deceased subject)
10-8 = Available
10-9 = Repeat
10-10 = Out of service subject to call
10-12 = Double radio transmission
10-14 = Transport non-custody
10-15 = Prisoner in custody
10-17 = Transport paperwork
10-19 = Station
10-20 = Location
10-21 = Phone call
10-22 = Disregard
10-23 = Standby
10-25 = Check MDC message
10-28 = Check vehicle registration
10-29 = Check for wants
10-30 = No wants on your subject
10-31 = Subject has record but no wants

11-10 = Request routine backup
11-11 = Request code 3 backup
11-24 = Abandoned vehicle
11-25 = Traffic hazard

11-44 = Fatality
11-80 = Accident – major injuries
11-81 = Accident – minor injuries
