It is not a matter of how busy a station is to have a dedicated dispatcher. It has to due if dispatch has enough personel to do it. If there are enough dispatchers then they will do so, if not then they patch.

They are for cellular data. They are being installed in Temecula, Hemet, San Jacinto and Cabazon units.

The 66 stands for the area that they are assinged to. Like 68R1 would be for a Barstow area Ranger, I don't remember the other area assingments. In this case the 66 is for the Riverside desert area out to Blythe. The "R" stands for Law Enforcment Ranger. They call San Bernardino because th...

Civil is Court Services. EC I dont know, unless they ment CE which is Courts Services East.
