I heard a small bit of traffic tonight from "San Bernardino" units. The only radio ID is I was able to log was 9204.

I know a lot of the newest radios they have been purchasing are the Harris Unity multi band units (which don't support ADP, but do support AES-256 and DES-OFB) so it would be surprising to me if they were using the Motorola proprietary ADP.
