CB in Murrieta/Temecula and Riverside County?

I have been scanning the CB channels around here and, to my surprise, NOTHING. I find that hard to believe because I see quite a few CB antennas on mobile around here. I also see base station antennas. I hear more CB chatter in Orange County than around here. About the only thing I hear is some guy...
