Not that there are any in Southern Cali (EDACS analog let alone ProVoice), but I was wondering if I take it to another computer in another place, could I monitor ProVOice if it was used th...

So some things I suppose have multiple purposes. Police helis for example are law enforcement vehicles and aircraft at the same time.
