EDACS CAN'T be reused. The frequencies have been allocated to Sprint / Nextel and will probably go off the air sometime between now and the completion of the region 5 rebanding.

Pomona Blue (primary dispatch) is in the clear, all the other channels are encrypted for Pomona. The Pomona cell as just updated to P25 trunking (From ASTRO trunking) about a year ago.
