Enc...just watched system activity. They had it patched to Perris for a while.
Also heard them talking about video downlink from the helicopter.

It was most likely a BCD536HP or BCD396XT for those digitals.
And I think the X2-TDMA was from a PSR-800.

Some of the RPD stuff is a bit hit and miss where I'm located. Ch 1, 2 and Ch 3 come in pretty terrible some days, and other times it's full scale. They are still using their normal UHF freqs.

New PSEC talkgroups were noted last week, but they are not being actively used yet.

Last I heard was Spring or Summer of this year. But I'll leave it to those in the know confirm it.
