I don't know what the status is on the support net conversion but the mobile/portable radios already have them programmed into them. It is just a matter of when the hilltop repeaters will be ready.

Depending on the problem with the scanner, sometimes it's cheaper to just buy a new scanner then to try and have one repaired. You can try contacting Ham Radio Outlet and see if they repair or know where you can get your scanner repaired. The closest one is in Anaheim. That's all I can think of for ...

I could have sworn I had the right freq. but now I am not so sure anymore. I haven't listened much but I have listened and I haven't heard anything more. Thanks for the help guys. If anything changes, ill post an update.

The scanner does not have CTCSS capability so I can't find out the tone. I don't have MFD dispatch freq. plugged into the scanner so I don't know if they were multicasting. I can't see a reason why MFD would be on that freq. dispatching an engine as it is a TAC channel used countywide. I can see whe...

If you are only looking for freqs. then the sites listed by sp1989 are good. Radio Reference should be all you need for freqs. If you are looking for scanning forums for those areas, I don't know of any for those areas.

I am not a big scanner listener like I was as a kid but I did turn on my scanner today to update freqs and listen to it for a bit.
