Re: AMR's MedNet patched to RRU Dispatch?
If I remember correctly, I don't think any of the AMR field units have the ability to come up on the primary channels (RRU 1 and RRU 3), but the dispatchers commonly come up on RRU 1 trying to talk to their field units on Med Net. Unsually, it's because they are using their "foot pedal" t...

Ops/chiefs net
I noticed on RR that there is an Ops/chief net on 31.18 and 31.14. I have never monitored this and it is not in the Cal Fire/RVC fire radio plan. Just wondering what it is.

Re: Woah, anyone else just hear that?
I know that the Los Angeles Fire Department is pretty aggressive in not letting someone broadcast their transmissions over the internet. Here is a FAQ on their site about the transmissions over the internet. http://lafd.org/audio.htm I am not too worried about my feed. If someone asks me to take it ...

Re: Station dedicated to memory of Riverside County firefighter
I just remembered there will be a new station 31 out of Ben Clark training center. Currently breathing support 31 is out of station 90 and will move to station 31 once a station has been obtained.

Re: New Call Sign?
California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (Cal Fire). Riverside County contracts with Cal Fire to provide fire and EMS services for the county as the Riverside County Fire Department. Usually, a mobile command center is provided to RSO for these checkpoints. Here is a picture of it at th...

Re: Station dedicated to memory of Riverside County firefighter
Speaking of new stations, does anybody have a list of the new/proposed stations? That list is about 7 years old and has never been correct but if you still want it, I can post it. Stations that I know about are: Station 95(Roripaugh Ranch)- In the area of Walcot and Calle Chapos in Temecula. Due to...
