Murrieta Fire Not Dispatching Calls

I have noticed since around August 28th that the city of Murrieta Fire has not been voice dispatching any calls on their main fire dispatch frequency and simply sending the information over the MDTs. Does anyone have any more information as to why this is? Thanks
