Big Ed, it was up and running a couple of weeks ago (but not updated in a few years) when I recommended it to you, but I tried to access it last night and it is gone. Get a message that says 403 Forbidden, access denied. Just tried again, same thing.

It is possible that when a site hasn't been update for some time, it gets taken off the web.

Too bad it's gone, when somebody was updating it they had some cool stuff on there, like posting the radio freqs in use at special events, airshows & such.
