According to my log, I haven't heard anything on this frequency for the past thirteen years, but yesterday it was active.
151.235 R PL141.3 "This is an exercise" followed by reports of damage to a dam, and stream release figures.
I have this listed but unconfirmed as CA Dept of Water Resources.
