Does anyone know who is using 170.800 NAC 293 in western Riverside County? Thinking it could be USMS or something of that nature.

It might be published in Radio Reference so do the frequency search there.

Federal agencies are not licensed through the FCC. The National Telecommunications and Information Administration handles that. NTIA frequency assignments are classified.

Quick search, it seems USMS is correct, if found it listed as "Ops.'
