03/05/2016 Protest on 91Fwy at 14th St.

CHP responding to some kind of demonstration, 14th St. overpass on the 91, people are hanging American flags and banners from the overpass. Patrol unit advising demonstration is affecting traffic on the 91. CHP Turquoise 1 39.68 mhz. Per CHP dispatch RPD is responding as well. I can't get RPD anymore from my new QTH.
