Transports in formation

Post by sp1989 »

Every day this week I have been seeing transport aircraft flying in formation, 2, 3 up to 6 flying in a V formation over Valle Vista. They look and sound like the ones skydivers jump out of. Think I am hearing them today on 122.775 mhz.

Seven transports today flying in V formation, very slow at high altitude. I can hear them coordinating their landing on 122.775 mhz.

More again today. Talking about having military and wing suit jumpers on board.

More than 200 skydivers -- 202 to be precise -- set a world record on Tuesday afternoon, Skydive Perris posted on its Facebook page. The group linked up together 7,000 feet above the facility to form the largest sequential formation of all time.

Looks like they set a new worlds record. It involved several aircraft. I would have liked to have seen that.
