NORAD traffic on 369.90 mhz

Heard Surf 11 asking Bigfoot if they still monitor 369.90 mhz, they went to that freq and did several radio checks, the back to 271.00.

369.900 is a ZLA (LA Center) high altitude. Lots of interesting stuff like U-2s can be heard there.

I hear U-2s there quite regularly, just thought it was odd the CAP guys would be up that high.
