311.00 mhz is active, Perris Airport?

311.00 mhz is active, Perris Airport?

Hearing traffic on 311.00 mhz regarding jumpers away, next drop will be in 1 hour. Only place close to my location would be Perris airport. ADSB receiver shows a USAF C-130H #94-7317 callsign SUMIT 17 at 3,800 ft, possibly related.

Just heard Summit 17 advising March Command Post they are off the deck with 44 jumpers, showing up on ADSB again as well.
