There are actually 7 UHF freqs used by CHP. Ch 1 Operations 1 460.375 PL 127.3; Ch 2 Operations 2 460.450 PL 127.3; Ch 3 Operations 3 453.825 PL 127.3; Ch 4 Operations 4 453.850 no PL; Ch 5 Tac 1 460.0875 no PL; Ch 6 Tac 2 460.2125 no PL; Ch 7 Tac 3 460.3375 no PL. Source is So Cal Frequency Directory 3rd Edition.

I didn't know they had that many UHF frequencies.
