Notes on RICS System

This thread will be used to post notes on the RICS radio system currently in development. The RICS is a P-25 digital radio network which will be used by county Police, and Fire/EMS departments. It will permanently replace all existing county and city radio systems.

The system has several sites and has both 700MHz and UHF band frequencies.
