listening to this recently and I hear a hotel with at least 6 floors in the clear even with the pd pl tone any clues on whats going on?

I am hearing it too. Sounds like somebody goofed when programming the radios for the hotel. You could also try listening to the input (465.250) and see if your close enough to hear them. It may give some clues as to which hotel and their location.

A similar thing happened a few years ago with FedEx and they ended up being fined by the FCC.

Thru out the city of Riverside very strong repeater for a hotel

UPDATE Riverside Police out today with the FCC jeep looking in the Ontario area.

Well sounds like it may be fixed. I have not heard anything from the hotel during today's monitoring.

yes at 10 am they made contact with a hotel in Montclair this channel was an alternate on their HT's.
