Murrieta used this code just know, and don't know what it is. What's code 11?

was it used during a pursuit? Riverside PD uses a code 20 to end one.

Next time you see a Murrieta cop, just ask him. Or call their non-emergency public line and ask.They won't bite, I promise. It's probably something really mundane, like "I'm taking a dump, out of service." According to Radiolabs.com website, it's a SWAT callout.
