What system number are you trying to program? Some of them must be programmed as splinter systems (mostly the desert ones). I sent you a PM with my email to send the Win97 data file.

I have the same problem in MoVal. I'm about a mile or two from Box Springs/Reche Canyon and the SB signal just won't get over the hill.At my daughters in Colton it worked great. On occasion I can pick up the Deputies in the rural SB Mountains.Most of the time the signal is so quiet that I don't listen to it unless I'm out that way.
