Re: AMR's MedNet patched to RRU Dispatch?
See, once on the old site, I came across a conventional 800MHz frequency labeled AMR Desert. I guess it's no longer in use...

I suspect you are referring to this 855.4625 100.0 PL

I would also like to know if they still use it. I logged it a couple years ago. We need somebody in the desert to confirm

Re: AMR's MedNet patched to RRU Dispatch?
I think that's the one. Maybe when I'm down next time I'll take a shot and see if they still use it. Last time I went, I didn't know about it but figured it out only recently. My guess is no but time will tell.
Re: AMR's MedNet patched to RRU Dispatch?
I just check my notes and 855.4625 100.0 is still good for Amr around Palm Springs and of last month.

Sounds good. We should tell Brandon.
Re: AMR's MedNet patched to RRU Dispatch?
Is this used for voice or data traffic? I can see where it could be data like for AVL. Does AMR Desert Use VHF? I wonder if this freq was used by Springs ambulance before AMR bought them.scnradio wrote:I just check my notes and 855.4625 100.0 is still good for Amr around Palm Springs and of last month.
Re: AMR's MedNet patched to RRU Dispatch?
I am not totally sure. I'll check it when I visit and get back.
Re: AMR's MedNet patched to RRU Dispatch?
it is voice. I hear voice on it today this morning from Desert Center. It was not clear but you could make out what was said.

Then I Think that it should be added into the database for future reference.
