Vehicle testing/driving course

Few weeks ago I heard activity on 868.9125 (I was near downtown Riverside area) that sounded like some type of training course for high performance driving. It reminded me about similar activity monitored in the 160-170 MHz range last year from the Menifee area (antenna pointed northwest). The comms were simplex and had no PL tones.

Driver course w/ mention of things like tracking control, StabiliTrak system, etc.

Sounds like it could be EVOC (Emergency Vehicle Operator Course) training at the SBSO training facility near Glen Helen.
