167.7750 141 NAC possibly Border Patrol. Logged from Indio area.
170.6000 133 NAC listed as Border Patrol Indio South on Socalfedcom

Any confirmation is greatly appreciated. I did hear both clear and encrypted comms on 163.625.

There might even be a Wide Area 4 repeater that can be received out there or from Imperial County.
