I used to have a sheet for all the freqs for the public safety, both the Casino Security, and the Tribal Rangers (Tribal Police pretty much which is where I worked for 3 years.) If I come across it, or get them again, I will post them.

Ok from what you posted, and from working on the res for 3 years as a ranger. We did not have ANYTHING to do with the casino AT ALL. We only went there to get food at the employee dining room and do mail runs from the government center. Our radio also did not have all the channels that the casinos did. Ours had our channels, tribal govmnt channels( like water dept, and public works/streets), ranger supervisor channels, ranger admin, and a few casino security channels for inter ops.

The fire department also had our radios in their trucks, and would advise us when they had a call on the res. We would send one unit to the location of the call, and then stage one unit on Pechanga Parkway x Pechanga Road to wait for AMR. Then we would go code-3 and escort AMR, there are no addresses on the res, only lot numbers, and very few street names, so you can get lost easy. And when I say code-3, the Ranger units are Ram 1500 4x4s, red and blue light bars, radar, cages, and digital video systems.

Casino security also have their own dispatch near the casino.

Rangers have their own dispatch at their station on the reservation, own phone system, cameras, etc. The Ranger station has holding cells, gym, training rooms, report rooms, offices, kitchen/brake room, and was just built in 2007 just before I left to move out of state.

Anyway:
Paul Units are Inside security
Charlie Units Inside security - but I think are detectives
William Units Outside bike patrol/vehicle patrol - armed (I used to play the CHiPs theme over the PA when I got behind ones I knew.
Delta are inside security, but drop units, usually armed. They are the ones that bring the chips to the tables for fills, and deal with cage transfers, and emptying the lock boxes at the tables. You usually see them if your playing blackjack and the table needs a fill.
R units are Rangers You really wont hear their traffic on anything but the rangers channel, so this is probably the ranger dispatch channel. R-then a ## the # is their badge number. We did not have beat numbers or anything. Just who ever is using the radio uses their badge number. We mostly rode two man. Two to Three trucks at a time, one or two on Reservation, one on "casino side." The Rangers "share" areas with the casino security like the gas station, RV Resort, and the Golf course, as rangers have jurisdiction on ALL non-gaming enities. They also patrol some area of the reservation on the "casino side" of the reservation, like the Great Oak Ranch, and some residential areas.

Should be noted Casino also has full time EMTs (that are part of the Public Safety that security is) that are dispatched on either their own channel or an security channel. Security also responds to all medical aids, and sets up to escort AMR if needed, to whatever door it is closest to at the casino or hotel.

Pechanga fire also has a Station by the RV Resort, and another on the Res itself. I have heard them roll fire and AMR for a employee with a paper cut. It is pretty much policy to roll medical for anything and everything to reduce liability.

0-01-002 - Security? Paul units. Dispatch. Inside casino security
0-04-001 - '7-Charlie-2' '7-Delta-1' '8-Delta-3' '6-Paul-12' '800' 'check out keys' Might possibly be another dispatch channel, or maybe for clubs or detectives
0-07-001 - Parking Lot Security. 'Dispatch' 'William units' '97 north entrance' 'RSO enroute for possible 488' 'code 5 on Hyundai'William Units, outside patrol
0-07-004 - 'Dispatch' 'Officer' 'Maintenance' 'problem on elevator' Not Sure
0-07-006 - Tribal Ranger? 'R unit #'s' 'Blacks Tow is 97' If Rangers are on this, then should be Ranger Dispatch
