It just says Command. There's also a Command 1 and Command 2 so it's confusing if it's ever used. My guess it'll become more used now when the PSEC rolls out and when commands replace supports.

RRU 2 is mainly used for veg fires. Particularly those with significant potential and threatening State Responsibility Area (SRA). RRU 2 is licensed by the State, IIRC, where as RVC commands are licensed to the County.

And I'm sure they use one of the CDF Tactical frequency pairs.
