Huntington State Beach "Yellow" 867.5625, "Sand" 866.5625 CMARS "Green" 867.5375. Probably CHP too, but they have so many tactical freq pairs now I have no idea which to try, probably just scan the low band LE range for them. City of Huntington Beach has some TGs that are not encrypted and some that are not digital as well.

I didn't get them from RR, I found it in the So. Cal Frequency Directory book. I always like having a printed source of freqs just in case.

I have the 3rd Edition, which is the latest, and you can get updates from Scannerstuff. I don't think they have the actual books anymore, but you can purchase a PDF download of it for your computer.
