Festival of Lights, DT Riva

Post by sp1989 »

If you are really bored and have no life like me, there is a ton of traffic on RPD freqs including the elusive CH6 which is for the Explorers, and the Mission Inn freqs. Getting more interesting as the hour gets later. Only the main RPD freqs are repeated, so unless you are close or have line of sight from your mountaintop chalet, you probably won't get the simplex stuff. Big Ed, you can probably get it from your eagle's nest on Box Springs. It's too cold for the usual crooks and street vermin, so not much in the way of crime at the festival (yet) but lots of post T-day DV. Tis' the season to get blotto and beat the ol' lady cause the turkey was dry and the King Cobra not cold enough. Cheers!

An RPD unit in a t/c on Polk and all the traffic units are downtown. The SGT is not too happy now.
