Blythe PD

While passing through I logged voice inversion on 154.650 141.3 PL. Does anyone know if this is used by Blythe PD? Perhaps a car-car / tac channel? FCC says it's licensed to the city. Other possibilities may be State of Arizona or the Quechan Indian Tribe (Yuma).

PD dispatch on 158.955 was busy and appeared to be simulcast on 155.925.

According to my records, 154.650 Mhz is Blythe PD + animal control. Hope this helps!
