Fire off Ortega Hwy lookout - Macy IC

Confirmed fire just off the Ortega lookout. Possibly related to TC over the side. RRU-2 and CDF Tac 12. Also comms on RVC Command 6 and VFIRE22.

2 acres, heavy fuel with rapid rate of spread. Requesting CHP to shut down Hwy 74.

Located one victim trapped in vehicle about 200ft over the side. Requesting Or Co helicopter for night hoist.
