Freq was referred to as Box Springs. Someone identifying as California 3 Whiskey. Troubleshooting crypto and OTAR.

Other freqs possibly related: 168.3875, 164.7375, 172.2625, 171.1125 all with NAC 311.

This appears to be a CBP net. Freq is being referred to as "CA3 West" Box Springs. Charlie 100 was also noted here.
