11175 & 8992 khz active June 21, 2016

For those with HF capability, 11175 & 8992 are suddenly jumping with activity, many EAMS & SKYMASTER calls. 2130 PDT

Look for EAMs on discrete freqs too.
Hearing some interplane tfc on 9016.
