March Air Show is next weekend April 7-8. I will use this thread to post info and freqs about it. Should be able to monitor the Thunderbirds they usually come in a couple days prior.

I think I am not going. My usual place to view, the March museum, has upped their price to $30 per car, up from the usual museum price of $5 a person (usually just me) and last time I went it was a clusterfuck with crowds and parking. I'm old now and hate dealing with crowds and asshole drivers that think they are in line for the free base admission. 100 year anniversary and the same wing walker shit I can see at Chino with way less drama. Get off my lawn!

A lot of planes are arriving today, seems to be static display warbirds mostly. A flight of 4 from the Confederate Air Force led by a B-25, some SNJs & T-6s, the Acemaker T-33 just landed about 1530 local. Traffic on March VHF tower freq 127.650 mhz. A C-17 pilot griping about all the bug smashers in the pattern.
