PSR 400 program question

PSR 400 program question

Has anybody purchased the radio shack program cable and software product 20-47? And did it work to program the PSR radio?

The USB cable works with most GRE/RS scanners. For software get StarrSoft's Win97 programmer (free 30 day trial). That version will program the Pro-97, Pro-2055, PSR-300, PSR-400, Pro-163 and Pro-164 models. Hope this helps.

It's possible the cable may be included with the PSR-400. I acquired a 500 via trade and it came with the cable.
If not, then GRE America sells them, but probably about the same as RatShack once you add shipping
