South not working

South not working

Something is going on with the South cell. I am unable to receive LCN #1 which is/was 866.2375. Thinking the LCN has changed, I scanned the entire 866-868.9875 range and unable to find any new frequencies. I can verify LCN #2 through #8 are still the same. My only conclusion is there is a problem with Ch 1 on Elsinore Peak. Anyone else experiencing problems tonight or am I just losing my mind?!?

Per an Elsinore unit, his radio says "NETWORK FAIL" so we're not the only one having issues with reception.
