3048.4 US Navy

There has been a US Navy net on 3048.4 kHz USB for the past few days. Foxtrot Whiskey, Lima, Oscar and others. Very good signals here suggests the activity is SoCal based.

I had a receiver sitting on that freq all day yesterday, nada. What kind of antenna are you using?

Comms active right now at 0040Z. My antenna is a Wellbrook ALA1530S+

Unfortunately 3 megs is pretty noisy for me with a high amount of local RFI.
