Rain Emergencies

This might be a good time to monitor some of the less popular frequencies like flood control, water districts, electric and gas utilities, bus routes, and of course local L/E, FD, road crews, LG freqs, and CHP. I'm hearing numerous locations of roads flooding, road closures, and this morning Orange County was engaged in a flood control channel rescue in the Buena Park - Cypress area.
