CAP over Santa Monica

Hearing traffic on 271.0, 282.6 re: combat air patrol activity over Santa Monica. Tanker NICE 16 in the area refueling the fighters. Was hearing SURF earlier now BAND 03.

Obama came early, he wasn't supposed to be here until the 12th.
