CHP unit checking an abandoned car, license plate comes back to a missing person from Desert Hot Springs Silver Alert. Sounds like the missing person is still missing, officer is requesting air support. CHP dispatch advises their air unit is down for maintenance, RSO being contacted. Red Border 42.440 mhz
