369.90 mhz - Hearing XRAY 27, U-2S 68-10336 USAF 412 TW DET-2 Palmdale Plant 42, with L.A. Center, advising he is coming into their airspace, position reports.

Hearing another U-2 on 369.90 mhz, HERO 99 which came down from Beale AFB, 1800 PDT. This one is not showing up on mode S.
