There is a EC-130 "Zapper 21" flying between March ARB and Winchester for about the last 3 hours. Altitude is 1600 ft. Anyone have a freq for them? Nothing from Marb tower. This is a specialty communications aircraft.As I went to Preview this message I heard Zapper 21 ask the Tower for an option for runway 32.

I heard him with March tower 127.650 mhz doing pattern work. I'm in Valle Vista, a/c was L&C, I can just barely here the tower from here. He was showing on mode S here, too.
