Orange County Radio Checks

I caught the following radio checks this morning:
09:17 868.9875 repeater PL156.7
OC testing with San Diego County, Riverside County.
09:34 151.085 repeater PL136.5
"Orange County Net Control on OC Access" testing with OCFA, OCSD, WestCom
09:35 151.01 repeater PL123.0
"Orange County Net Control on Fire OC" testing with OCFA, OCSD, WestCom
Next they came up on 460.525 repeater PL103.5, calling this :Blue RP OC access".
Testing with Costa Mesa PD, Irvine PD, LASO, OC EMS, OCSO. He then told "all stations switch to U-call 4-0-Delta". I don't know what frequency that is. The only thing I heard after that was a key-up (no voice) on 855.2125 PL103.5. I have this listed as the 8ooMhz OC Access repeater.
