E-3 AWACS working with SURF F-16s

282.60 mhz NORAD Blue 17 - CHALICE E-3G 78-0576 USAF 552 ACW Tinker AFB (mode S c/s HALBT30) with SURF 11 & 12 (CA ANG 144 FW Det-1 March ARB). CHALICE is directing fighters to various tracks of interest, "you are cleared to escort aircraft to San Clemente Island", reading out a list of values from 1 to 8, "push back WADS at this time." CHALICE is L&C, SURF weak readable. Some traffic on 271.0 with BIGFOOT as well, seems to be secondary freq today. 1911z CHALICE FOX calling HAMMER for radio check on U.S. Customs Blue 3 350.025 mhz. QTH is Riverside County, CA.
