Palm Desert patched to 42.440

Just an interesting observation, Palm Desert is patched with CHP Red on 42.440 (hearing all sides too). It would be interesting to see what talkgroup is being used for this.

I also notice that NALEMRS was patched in with CHP 42.44 also last night.
