Menifee PD

I just realized that Menifee PD started up yesterday after the city cancelled the contract with RSO. I assume they are using PSEC? Is RSO dispatching for them?

Anybody have frequencies and are they digital or enc?

They are digital and encrypted on the PSEC system.
