Lake Elsinore RSO, something big...

i dont even know how to explain it, they were following this car earlier today in an unmarked unit, and passed Fallbrook...then i didnt hear anything, but about 20 minutes ago they were driving back though Elsinore on the 15 north and set up a ton of cops on the on ramps getting ready to bust the guy. the cop was driving behind him in a purple honda!
last thing i heard was "THERE HE IS!" and nothing else after that. it was reallllly wierd. they were talking on the Lake Elsinore/Perris Car-Car talkgroup (04-022)
anyone else hear this?
