Can someone explain to me what "10-22 subair" means...

I know 10-22 is cancel, but I hear the dispatcher use the term "subair" or something like that quite often. And sometimes on calls that sound like a big deal...

Cancel due to alarm company subscriber errror. Accidental activation, typo on the disarm code, human error/stupidity.
