New forum categories

I have added 3 categories to the forum: Riverside County Sheriff, Riverside County Fire and For Sale/Wanted
This was done to make it easier to sort through the posts and filter what you want to read. I have already moved some of the older posts into the new categories. If there are any other recommendations please let me know.
