Programming a Bearcat BCT8

I have a Uniden Bearcat BCT8 scanner and cannot for the life of me figure out how to program it. I want to program South/Southwest Riverside County. Is there anyone in the Murrieta/Temecula, or surrounding area that knows how to do this? If so, I would love to hear from you and maybe get some help.

Hi Toby,
Are you using any software with your BCT8 scanner ?
The best way to program these scanners are with software now.
